Hirtshals Dormitory was created through the complete transformation of a former commercial property into a modern student housing community. The project combined branding, website development, operational systems, and interior design to create a fully integrated living experience for students. Beyond establishing the visual identity and digital presence, a custom booking and tenant management platform was developed, providing automated onboarding, rental administration, payment tracking, and occupancy management. The physical environment was designed from the ground up, including private rooms, shared kitchens, social spaces, and communal facilities, creating a welcoming and functional home for students in Hirtshals.
